To change the African organisational landscape — building the identity, relational, and systemic conditions that allow leaders, teams, and individuals to be their best selves at work.
Most organisational change fails not because of poor strategy or structure, but because underlying identity, relational, and systemic dynamics go unaddressed.
People can't fully engage when power, identity threats, and history suppress authentic expression.
We operate at this level. Using the ROOT Authenticity Framework — grounded in behavioural science and Industrial-Organisational Psychology — we uncover what truly happens beneath the surface, analyse data scientifically, create a roadmap for change, and build capabilities to sustain it.
We're not a one-off solution but a long-term partner in creating organisations where people can perform at their best.
African by design — built from and for the African organisational context.
Evidence-based practice — grounded in published research and behavioural science, not consulting trends.
Scientist-practitioners — we hold academic rigour and practical application in equal measure.
Boutique and deliberate — we work selectively and give our clients the depth of attention they deserve.
