Anati is a process and purpose-driven leadership coach who grows leaders by aligning their intentions with purposeful actions and results. She offers a partnership-based development process where the client is allowed to grow as a leader and as a human being. Clients are coached to be more self-aware and mindful, building their competency to become skilful observers of how they are in the world and to access their own inner resources. She empowers clients to make informed choices, cultivating emotional self-management and developing improved social awareness, empathy, and effectiveness in all their relationships.
Teams are coached towards improved team alignment, shared values, responsibility and accountability, co-creation in vision setting, addressing challenges and conflict management; leading to improved team dynamics in dealing with diverse and complex work environments. She incorporates elements of diversity, equity and inclusion in my coaching and facilitation approaches, as and when needed.
With over 200 hours of coaching experience, Anati has coached people from a wide range of environments, including public institutions, Community-Based, and non-governmental Organisations locally and internationally. These include the National Research Foundation, Section 27, the South African Reserve Bank, and the African Women’s Development Fund. In addition, I have coached emerging entrepreneurs who were part of a business incubation programme in the Chemical sector in South Africa.
Anati is an experienced manager, leader and strategist; trained as a scientist, and she has spent almost 20 years in senior and executive positions in various Science, Technology & Innovation (STI) policy and research institutions in South Africa, such as the Department of Science and Technology (DST) and the Agricultural Research Council (ARC). I hold non-executive board memberships at the Technology Innovation Agency (TIA) and at RULIV (NPO).
