Organisational Development

 We help organisations understand why their people and culture are not performing at their potential — and build the roadmap to change it. Starting with a diagnostic that surfaces root causes through a behavioural science lens, we develop evidence-based interventions in organisational culture, leadership team effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management.

  

The ROOT Authenticity Framework

Most organisational interventions work at the surface. They change structures, policies, and programmes — and wonder why the human experience within the organisation does not follow suit. The ROOT Authenticity Framework works differently. Developed by Authentic Organisations and grounded in over two decades of behavioural science research and practice, it addresses the identity, relational, and systemic dynamics that determine whether real change is possible.


ROOT stands for Reveal, Organise, Own, and Transform — four stages that take an organisation from honest diagnosis to lasting capability.   

The ROOT metaphor is intentional. Roots are invisible. They are what sustains growth. Nothing above the surface thrives without them being healthy. We work where most consultants do not.

 Our coaching works at the identity level — helping leaders understand who they are, how they show up, and what needs to shift for them to lead authentically. We offer executive, team, and professional coaching across all career stages, grounded in the science of authentic leadership and positive psychology.


 Our panel of accredited coaches is an independent group of specialists in organisational development, psychology, and executive coaching. They are more than equipped to help individuals gain new insights and develop practical strategies for the workplace.
