Elmarie Roberts established Together4Growth Coaching from her passion to serve and support people in overcoming the obstacles that hinder their development and limit the realisation of their potential. Navigating a complex and ambiguous world leaves many feeling hopeless, making it vital to show kindness to ourselves and others. As a coach, Elmarie believes she can help individuals, young professionals, and entrepreneurs develop self-awareness, empowering them to make intentional choices and take meaningful action toward unlocking their power and potential.
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Elmarie has coached individuals on leadership development, work performance, and career growth, gaining experience at organisations such as Deloitte, Bowmans, and Standard Bank. Her coaching practice supports young professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives to maximise their potential and impact across various life roles. Elmarie has also facilitated group coaching for female professionals on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. Her enthusiasm for the Enneagram, a personal development tool, inspires her to teach others. She is equally passionate about youth development in communities, contributing via funding and volunteering her coaching services.
Elmarie bases her coaching approach on Ken Wilber’s integral coaching framework, which explores the spiritual, cognitive, emotional, and somatic aspects of being human. She focuses on each client’s unique challenges and goals, creating a confidential and collaborative environment for their best thinking. Elmarie utilises a range of coaching tools to encourage clients to view themselves from multiple perspectives and achieve deeper self-awareness. She is a member of COMENSA and is working toward her credentialing.
