Jeremy Solomons is a seasoned leadership coach dedicated to helping leaders confidently operate across diverse settings, navigate intricate interpersonal dynamics, and foster inclusive relationships that enhance their influence.
Based in Kigali, Rwanda, Jeremy coaches senior executives, managers, and emerging leaders on inclusive leadership; intercultural competence; constructive conversations; branding and influencing; team performance; and career transitions at organisations such as Boeing, EY, Google, NASA, NBA, S&P Global Ratings, and Royal Dutch Shell. UNDP, VisionFund Rwanda and the World Bank.
As an ACC coach certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Jeremy’s coaching emphasises meaningful behavioural changes that empower leaders to lead with confidence, empathy, and purpose.
Jeremy is currently an executive coach and adjunct faculty at the African Leadership University, where he has most recently worked with Public Sector and Conservation leaders in six Eastern and Southern African countries.
In the past, Jeremy managed a diverse staff and worked with clients and colleagues from all over the globe, while employed as a full-time Banker, Educator, and Journalist at six multinational institutions: Citibank, JP Morgan, Lloyds Bank International, Reuters News Agency, United Press International, and the World Bank.
Rwanda is the ninth country in which he has lived, studied and/or worked for an extended period. The others are: France, Germany, Hong Kong (and China), Israel, Italy, Switzerland, his native UK, and his adopted country, the USA. He has also travelled and done business in 40+ nations, mainly in Africa, the Asia-Pacific, North America, and throughout Europe.
Born and raised in Manchester, England, of Jewish, Lebanese, and Persian ancestry, Jeremy holds an MA Oxon and a BA Honours degree in French from the University of Oxford (Brasenose College).
As well as speaking his mother tongue, English, he has been fluent in French, German and Italian.
