Sam is the CEO, Executive & Digital Coach at COMETSA GoC International (Pty) Ltd, a human capital, management, and leadership development organization, specializing in coaching, mentoring advisory, facilitation, training & development, and business networking. He is a member and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), currently studying toward Masters in Executive Coaching (AMEC) at Hult Ashridge Executive Education (a unit of Hult International Business School) at the London, UK, campus.
Sam has been coaching professionally since 2010, and so far to date (20th March 2022) has conducted 1313 coaching sessions, mostly of two hours each, covering 2450.30 hours of face-to-face and/or virtual coaching. He is retained by the Johannesburg Business School (JBS) of the University of Johannesburg, to support their MBA students through Executive Coaching. He is a Certified Digital Coach with the CoachHub, a global digital coaching organization headquartered in Berlin, Germany. Sam is since August 2021 the Head Tutor and Assessor of the UCT GSB Executive Leadership – Leading from the Present offered by the GetSmarter.
