Sue runs her own business, Enquiring Mind Business Coaching (Pty) Ltd. She has over 20 years of work experience in financial management (UK and South Africa), and 15 years of work experience in business consulting and reputation management. She brings these skills and experience to her clients, facilitating meaningful conversations that help them to define and realise their business aspirations.
Sue has coached business leaders across various industries, enabling them to make decisions and take actions that result in personal and business achievement. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her coaching approach focuses on both the inner game (motivation, frames of mind and competency) as well as the outer game (cause analysis, creation of options, creation of scenarios and decision-making) that her clients experience on their developmental or transformative journeys. Sue brings an organized and deliberate coaching approach to the table.
She is also able to facilitate strategic discussion amongst team members, and work with them on achieving identified outcomes through enhanced stakeholder interfaces. Sue is an avid reader, and believer in continuous self-improvement. She strives to give her clients the very best of herself at all times.
