Trenisha Subajan-Kläusli is an Integral Coach and Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC) who works at the intersection of strategy, systems, and the human beings who lead within them. South African-born and Switzerland-based, she brings over 13 years of experience across private banking, HR leadership, and enterprise transformation to a coaching practice that spans Africa, Europe, and the USA.
Before stepping into full-time coaching and consulting, Trenisha held senior HR leadership roles at two of South Africa's largest banks, where she led talent strategy, organisational development, change management, and large-scale workforce transitions, including mergers and acquisitions and belonging initiatives. This grounding in complex, high-stakes corporate environments, where strategy and people intersect under pressure, shapes everything about how she coaches.
She holds an Executive MBA in Digital Transformation from the University of Zürich, and a BCom Honours in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa. She is a Certified Professional Integral Coach (IPCC) through the Centre for Coaching and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation.
As Founder of DEVGRO Consulting, Trenisha supports senior leaders navigating high-stakes decision-making, leadership effectiveness, and cultural transformation. With 500+ coaching hours and experience working with leaders across 20+ nationalities, her clients and organisations include FNB, FirstRand, ABSA, Nedbank, Swiss Re, Spar, multiple South African universities, the University of Zürich, Emeris, SIOPSA, and the G100 Swiss Board.
Trenisha's coaching methodology is grounded in Integral coaching principles, attending to the whole person, the whole role, and the whole system. She is defined by a conviction that meaningful leadership change happens not just beyond the role, but inside the system.
