Wezi is a Professional Speaker and an Independent Consultant with extensive experience as a Freelance Journalist, Lecturer, Health Management and Sales Management. She has held Executive Leadership roles in Leadership, Learning and Training Talent Management, Skills Development, Leadership and Organizational Development, Industry Travel and Corporate Health.
Her work experience spans across different sectors that include State-Owned Enterprises, Financial Services, Health and Retail Sectors having worked for the Health Department, SAA, SARS, Makro, Old Mutual, and Absa/Barclays Africa. She has presented papers at different national and international platforms. Wezi’s passion and areas of expertise include Business and Executive Coaching with special focus on personal and professional development, health and wellbeing. She is currently involved in individual Business and Leadership coaching for executives and currently coaching MBA students from the Johannesburg Business School.
Other areas of expertise include Women Development, Health and Wellness Management, Facilitation, Team Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Talent Management. She has worked with several leadership teams where she crafted and implemented leadership development journeys aimed at individual transformation from self-management and development to Corporate Leadership.
