Yolande has a strong track record in entrepreneurship development, capacity building, leadership transformation, and workforce readiness, designing and facilitating accredited and non-accredited programmes across sectors. She is also deeply committed to bridging academia and industry, ensuring curriculum relevance and practical employability.
Beyond coaching, she is an active board member, chairperson, and pan-African advocate, contributing to national and continental skills development, global knowledge exchange, and inclusive economic growth. Her work spans South Africa, East Africa, and the MENA/SWANA region, where she has facilitated, evaluated, and advised on large-scale development programmes.
At her core, Yolande’s coaching is about empowerment, resilience, and transformation—helping people reclaim their voice, lead with purpose, and thrive in complex, changing environments.
